Attention Homeowners!

To continue a sense of pride in our community neighborhood we would like to bring attention to the landscaping of the household yards. We understand and appreciate the time and effort put into landscaping by many of our neighbors, however, even a single yard in the community that is not well maintained alters the appearance of the whole neighborhood.

There are some yards that have noxious weeds, properties with rocky and weed filled side areas, or lawns that need trimming and attention.

Side and back fences should also be maintained.

Maintaining a beautiful front yard requires proper upkeep to ensure vibrant plant life and attractive curb appeal.

Regular watering, ideally early in the morning (before 10 a.m.) or late in the evening (after 6 p.m.).

Seasonal fertilization, specifically using nitrogen-rich products, enhances growth in thriving shrubs and grasses.

Periodic pruning of bushes, like boxwoods, maintains their shape and promotes healthy growth.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
